Custom orders require 4-8 weeks for fulfilment depending on the number of orders and material availability at the time of order. Although often they are completed sooner, please be aware that material availability can affect these time frames. 

All our hats carry a 3 month warranty on materials and workmanship but do not cover unduly wear and tear.

We do not accept returns of custom orders. If they are damaged on receipt we will repair or replace them at our discretion. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.
